Meet DeAnne Foster, pictured center left. DeAnne began her journey in nutrition with a Bachelor’s in Clinical Dietetics (1989) and a Master’s in Nutrition and Health Promotion (1991). She launched her career with the Indian Health Service in Phoenix, AZ, serving as a Community and Outpatient Dietitian, then as Food Service Director.

After starting a family, DeAnne and her husband moved back to Oklahoma, where she balanced raising five children with roles in hospice care, teaching, and health advising. As her youngest prepared to graduate high school, DeAnne felt the pull to return to her passion—but reentering the field after time away was intimidating.

That changed when she applied to Keith & Associates. A kind call from Brandy and an inspiring conversation with Sandra reignited her confidence and purpose. Sandra told her it would be like “getting back on a bicycle”—and she was right (though learning computer charting was a whole new ride!).

Since joining in December 2023, DeAnne has been supported by two amazing young RDs who helped her get back in the groove. She now thrives on helping others improve their health and loves the variety and connection her work brings each day.
