Patti has been an integral part of Keith & Associates for nine years, providing her expertise as a consultant in rural hospitals and nursing homes. In 2017, she started the Keith & Associates Distance Dietetic Internship (KADDI) and served as its director until 2021. Currently, she directs the joint graduate program with the University of Central Arkansas, while also contributing to KADDI and special projects for Keith & Associates. Patti holds a degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of Dayton and two degrees in food science from the University of Arkansas. She has previously taught as a professor of Nutrition Sciences at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City and now teaches online courses at the University of Central Arkansas.
