With over five decades of service, Sandra has transformed Keith & Associates, Inc. into a trusted consulting firm that supports over 150 facilities and oversees 36,000 meals daily across Oklahoma and seven neighboring states.

- Crisis management & budget control
- Clinical nutrition & community outreach
- School nutrition reform—backed by 12 years on a school board and 30+ years of RD experience

​Sandra’s commitment doesn’t stop at the organizational level. Since 1993, she’s partnered with the State of Oklahoma to provide personalized nutrition services for individuals with developmental disabilities under Medicaid. She’s known for her hands-on approach—planning menus, conducting home visits, training support staff, and collaborating across disciplines.

​She is also recognized as an expert in Prader-Willi Syndrome, bringing specialized care and insight to one of the most complex nutritional challenges.
